Terms and Conditions for Online Reservations

Guarantee and Payment Policy:

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. By selecting “I Agree” I authorize D.I. Investments, Inc., dba The Point Inn & Suites to charge my credit card provided for all sums due, as per the outlined fees on the reservation overview. I understand this includes a deposit at the time of the reservation equal to one nights stay, with the balance due upon check-in. By executing this transaction I further authorize D.I. Investments/The Point Inn & Suites to charge my card for all additional sums due, or to become due, by me as provided in the conditions listed below, no later than 90 days following check out. I agree that my electronic signature, via this form, authorizes the charges and this authorization may not be revoked.

Conditions of Your Stay:

Check In is at 4:00 p.m.
Check Out is at 11:00 a.m.
No charge for children 18 and under
Lodging Tax is not included in this reservation overview and will be due upon arrival.
Maximum 4 guests per room except in the Sleep 6 rooms.
Rollaway beds are available for an additional $10 per night
No pets allowed.
Hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items, safe deposit boxes are available at the front desk for use during your stay.
Any damage done to the room or contents removed will result in additional charges to cover remediation costs if required. This includes but is not limited to replacement costs of missing items, repair costs to damaged areas, or additional cleaning costs.
Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is only allowed outside the building in designated smoking areas.

Cancellation:

For standard room reservations cancellation less than 72 hours prior to the arrival date will result in a forfeiture of the deposit. For package reservations cancellation less than 7 days prior to the arrival date will result in a forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations prior to these times will result in a refund of the deposit less a $5 cancellation fee. No other refunds will be given for any other reason.
